Current draft status
Individual subscription prices will be determined later; bundles will be decided after individual prices. Standard subscriptions are intended to use the main SUPERNOVA website. Portfolio Nova is the only planned additional purchase, initiated directly within that app; its checkout and price still need setup. Whether that checkout is hosted on the hub or within Portfolio remains to be specified. Charges must use the price disclosed and authorized at checkout. No new checkout or price is activated by this draft.
Before any purchase
A final offer must identify the seller, currency, price, what is included, any taxes, billing interval, trial end date if applicable, renewal behavior, cancellation method and refund terms before collecting payment details. Obtain affirmative authorization for recurring charges; a link to terms alone is not a checkout consent mechanism.
Cancellation and account deletion
Planned policy: cancellation immediately changes a paid account to the free tier and stops future subscription charges. Refunded paid access also stops immediately. Monthly charges occur at the start of the month. The first payment for a mid-month signup, billing timezone, and treatment of an unused partial month remain to be decided. Account-data deletion is separate from subscription cancellation.
Refunds
Approved policy, pending implementation: cancellation automatically initiates any eligible refund; no separate refund request is required. Monthly individual subscriptions are nonrefundable under the standard policy, including unused time in the current month. Refund eligibility is limited to annual subscriptions or bundles. Annual refunds equal 80% of the prepaid value of whole unused months remaining. No daily proration is planned. For a twelve-month plan, the formula is annual subscription amount paid multiplied by whole unused months remaining divided by 12, then multiplied by 0.80. Example: a $100 annual plan with six whole unused months remaining produces a $40 refund. Bundles are eligible for refunds, but their billing periods and refund calculations remain pending the bundle terms; no bundle formula is established here. Cancellation ends paid access immediately, including for nonrefundable monthly subscriptions. Automatic initiation does not mean funds arrive immediately. Month boundaries, discounts, taxes and refund processing times remain to be finalized. Applicable mandatory refund and consumer rights take precedence over this standard policy.
Voluntary support
Financial-support checkout is not configured by this page. Do not describe contributions as tax-deductible charitable donations unless the recipient’s qualifying status has been verified. Any support offer should explain the recipient, purpose, whether it recurs and how to stop recurring support.
Payment information
Where hosted checkout is enabled, the payment processor handles card entry under its own privacy notice. Review the app’s Privacy Policy for stored billing identifiers and providers. Do not email card numbers or bank credentials.
